Lutz Leads Service Agreement

Agreement Terms

1. Parties

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Lutz Growth Co. LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Lutz Leads ("Company"), and the undersigned client ("Client").

2. Services and Authorization

The Company will provide Google Business Profile management services for the Client based on the selected plan. Client expressly authorizes the Company, and its automated systems acting on Client's behalf, to perform the following on Client's Google Business Profile: (a) create and publish Google Posts, including text and photographs; (b) write and publish responses to customer reviews in a tone consistent with Client's business voice; (c) create and publish Questions and Answers on the Profile; (d) create, edit, and update the business description, services list, and profile attributes; (e) upload, organize, and manage photographs supplied by Client; (f) read profile performance data, reviews, and search insights for reporting purposes; and (g) track local search ranking positions. Client acknowledges that these actions are performed automatically and on an ongoing basis, in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems, without individual pre-approval of each action, and that this Agreement constitutes Client's prior, specific, and express consent to all of the above. Client may revoke this authorization at any time pursuant to Section 7.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay a one-time startup fee of $99 and the applicable monthly recurring service fee for the selected plan.

All payments are due upfront before services begin. By proceeding to payment after signing this Agreement, Client authorizes the Company to charge the selected payment method for the startup fee and ongoing recurring monthly charges, as applicable.

5. Recurring Billing Authorization

Client understands and agrees that monthly services are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Client authorizes Lutz Growth Co. LLC dba Lutz Leads to automatically charge the payment method provided for all recurring monthly service fees.

If a payment fails or is declined, services may be paused or suspended until the account is brought current.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. This includes the one-time startup fee and all monthly service fees. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or canceled service periods already paid for.

7. Cancellation

Client may cancel services at any time by providing written notice by email or other written communication. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. Services may continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in a current billing cycle.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee any specific business outcome or performance result, including but not limited to improved rankings, increased calls, increased leads, increased visibility, or increased revenue. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, platform changes, and other factors outside the Company's control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from or related to the services provided under this Agreement.

10. Acceptance

By signing below and proceeding with payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.

11. Account Access

Client agrees to grant the Company Manager-level access to Client's Google Business Profile. Client retains Owner-level access and full control of the Profile at all times. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Company will remove its access and disassociate Client's Profile from its systems within seven (7) business days.

12. Change Notification

The Company will provide Client with a regular written summary of changes made to Client's Profile. Client may request a full record of activity on their Profile at any time.

13. Third-Party Compliance

The Company operates as an authorized third-party representative under Google's Business Profile policies and agrees to comply with Google's Third-Party Policies and Guidelines for Authorized Representatives. Client acknowledges that all content published to the Profile is subject to Google's content policies.
